Adria S. Zeldin

I offer an immersive forest bathing experience, guiding you to connect with nature to discover the simple joys of the present moment. As a certified forest therapy guide with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy guides (ANFT 2022 certification), I lead forest bathing walks in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Florida. Join me as I draw from my love of nature for a truly transformative forest bathing experience. I guide forest bathing walks at: Nature Forward (formerly the Audubon Naturalist Society) in Chevy Chase Maryland; Locust Grove Nature Center with Montgomery Parks; the Hillwood Museum in Washington DC; and Green Cay Wetlands in Florida. My guiding practice is deeply informed by my ongoing exploration of the natural world. As a Maryland Master Naturalist (2017) and with a certification in Natural History Field Studies (2023), I bring a wealth of knowledge to your forest bathing experience. I enjoy wandering in the woods noticing all the small seasonal changes and enjoy birding and exploring nature in the DC metro area as well as in Florida, where I spend winters. Before my retirement in 2017, I worked as an employment attorney in government and private practice for over 30 years.
