Gina Ruiz founded Forest Bathing and Wellness to share her passion for nature connection with the Texas Hill Country. She offers guided forest bathing expereinces for groups, private sessions and couples expereinces. She believes that the urban areas she serves would benefit from slowing down and connecting with the calming and health giving benefits of Forest Bathing. She has spent her life traveling all over the world immersing in the beauty of outdoors, studying nature and uses this knowledge to share with her Forest Therapy practice as well as the San Antonio Hiking group she started. She has a background in special eduaction, entrepreneurship and psychology. She is a certified Forest Therapy guide through ANFT and a Life Coach. Appreciation for nature and the reciporcal relationship we have helps drive her desire to share Forest Therapy.
