Libby Webb
After a domino of personal losses, Libby’s life journey took a new direction, and she left behind her multi-decade tech career to pursue her calling. Building on her inner draw toward nature connection and restoking her spiritual practice, she transformed her pain into healing when she became a Kripalu Certified Meditation Teacher and Outdoor Mindfulness Guide and established her business, Forest Flow.
Helping clients enliven and deepen their nature connection is the core of Libby’s Forest Therapy experiences. In addition to her training through the Kripalu School for Mindful Outdoor Leadership, she is a member of the Association of Nature & Forest Therapy.
“Forest Therapy is a practice that promotes healing and wellness through immersing oneself in the calming and restorative atmosphere of forests and other natural environments.” - Association of Nature and Forest Therapy.
Libby is passionate about the power of Mindful Self Compassion and weaves these practices into everything she offers. Libby is currently studying Mindfulness Meditation with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach and expects completion of this teaching certification in 2025.
After 20+ years of urban living in Somerville, MA, Libby now spends much of her time in her home state of New Hampshire in Bradford, the heart of the Kearsarge region.
