Meet your guide…

Jackie Kuang
Jackie had been serving the greater Los Angeles community as a certified forest therapy guide since 2017, mostly at the Los Angeles Arboretum and the surrounding canyon parks, before moving to Prescott, AZ.
She’s very excited about bringing her healing practices to her new community, offering regular forest therapy walks in partnership with the Highlands Center for Natural History and in private groups. Jackie’s gentle and confident way of guiding helps people easily shed stress and engage with their senses in the natural environment.
She is also trained as an EcoNIDRA Teacher. As of November 2018, Jackie has been engaged as a mentor and trainer of guides by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides (ANFT), the organization that trained her. Some of her favorite things to do are reading, gardening, walking or hiking, yoga, journal writing, traveling, and having meaningful conversations with friends.
My in-person walks at the Highlands Center for Natural History in Prescott AZ have been sold out for this year (2022). I'm open to offer private walks (either in-person in Prescott or remotely guided via zoom for folks in other parts of the world).
