Miracle Immersions Often times we need a breath of fresh air and a moment to just be and listen to the trees. The More Than Human World has so much to share. Association of Nature and Forest Therapy certified and excited to guide and share in Shinrin Yoku experiences. I have a backgoround in Herbalism and enjoy foraging. I have lived in west Sonoma County for 25 years. I especially am excited to share in coastal Nature bathing. There is something about the Northern Bay Area Coast that calls to me to guide here. I can host a large group in a nature experience and am able to guide single walks. Knowing we are all so "plugged in" in this current time wave, I'm noticing the importance of allowing ourselves to immerse in the Natural world. Immerse in an embodied way that allows our senses to awaken and remember the connection to all beings. I am availabe to travel and excited to guide in any bio region. I would love to share my skills as a guide anywhere they are needed including, Wellness Retreats, Winery Tours, Personal Health, Business Team Buiding, just to name a few. We are not separate from Nature. As we create Nature is constantly creating. Creating experiences to share with us. As a guide I am guided by Nature and am excited to share these experiences with all who need them. I trust Nature will lead me and Im excited to share this with you.

Come immerse yourself in negative ions with a guided Nature therapy experience. Nature is the therapist and I am here to guide you! Slowing down with a sensory guided immersion into and communicating with Nature. We are not separate from the More Than Human World. Coastal Nature bathing can bring in the positive benefits of negative ions. With this 2 hour experience some of the benefits may include better sleep, reduced inflammation, and skin health. Receive the benefits of a deep slowing down and a guided exploration of experiencing nature within our sensory perception. There is a 20 min hike from the parking lot to the beginning of the Nature Therapy experience (and back) that is not recommended for people with mobility issues. October is so beautiful on the coast here in Sonoma County! Come immerse yourself in nature through a guided nature therapy session on one of my favorite beaches. Nature is the therapist and I am here as a guide to open the doors of communication. Relaxing our nervous systems through a sensory embodiment experience while allowing some needed slowing down. Some benefits of coastal Nature Bathing can include all that Negative Ions may offer us. Such as, improved cardiovascular health, enhanced lung function, and improved digestion just to name a few scientifically studied effects of exposure to these tiny particles that are present near the ocean.
