Meet your guide…
MJ offers slow and gentle walks to unplug and tune in to the woodlands, parks, and shorelines of our common home. As a guide trained and certified by the Association of Nature & Forest Therapy Guides & Programs, she can also offer virtual walks on Zoom.
Mostly retired from over fifteen years of climate advocacy work, she looks forward to guiding participants in forest therapy, savoring the practice of slowing down, spending more time outdoors and deepening relationships with the other than human world.
A long-time (but still a beginner) student of yoga, she is grateful to add forest therapy to her health and wellness practices.
