Meet your guide…

Natalia Frinak
Do you want to be a part of the solution?

Join me on a guided Nature Based Therapy walk to explore your authentic self through the elements. As a Trauma-Informed Certified Guide through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy, I will lead you through a series of invitations to help open the doors to the True You.
Nature Based Therapy is a modality to help re-member parts of oneself back into wholeness. It is a practice that allows for the conditions necessary to heal the relationship one has with oneself and the More-Than-Human World. The Universe and everything within it needs us more than ever to re-member we are a part of it and it is a part of us. We are not separate from it, we are all inter-connected. The first step to healing the planet comes from healing the relationship each individual has with it and with themselves. Come and be a part of the solution.
I lead in-person and virtual group and individual walks tailored to fit your needs or the needs of the organization, and/or event. My walks focus on the Imaginal Realm, allowing participants to relax, breathe, and deepen their awareness to feelings of Oneness, Connection, and Wholeness with all of Creation itself.
My practice is simple, spiritual, and regenerative. Participants learn reciprocity with themselves and the natural world throughout the process of the walk. I lead 1, 2, or 3 hour sessions, tailored to fit the needs of the participant(s), even if they are in a time-crunch in this ever-increasingly fast paced world.
All are welcome. Come to slow down, tune in, and restore back into Right Relationship with yourself and others.
I am also a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Instructor and like to incorporate some of these elements into my walk as well. For more information, visit https://www.nalia.earth/ and follow me on social media for the latest updates on what is happening with Nalia.
