Meet your guide…

William Schomburg

William Schomburg

Raised on the Canadian Border in Northern New England, forests and rivers were an extension of my home, a place of safety and wonder. For over two decades, I spent the summers leading families and students on hiking and canoeing adventures in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont and New Jersey. Over the years, I have come to realize the energy, influence, and wonder that reconnecting to the natural world can bring to all people. The benefits of the Japanese practice known as Shinrin Yoku or forest bathing are physical, emotional, and spiritual and as a certified Forest Therapy Guide it is my pleasure to be able to share them with you.
