Tina Guldhammer Frei
Tina is an ANFT Certified Forest Therapy Guide. She's spent most of her life exploring the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest and finding ways to connect with the land. She's experienced firsthand the profound ways in which the natural world can heal and restore us if we take time to slow down and let it work its magic. She's passionate about helping others savor nature and discover their personal connection with the earth.
Tina is a writer, artist, improv teacher, and parent. She has an MA in Theology and the Arts, and likes to think about how human beings can find their most healthy place in the web of being. She's sligtly obsessed with animal tracking, foraging, fire building, and survuval skills in general, but she knows you don't have to go to extremes (or even on a hike) to find a restorative moment in nature.
