Meet your guide…
Hello! I am a certified Forest Therapy Guide through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT) and a certified Shinrin-Yoku Guide and practitioner through The Mindful Tourist (TMT) and the Shinrin-Yoku Association (SYA) I am currently attending Simon Fraser University (SFU) to complete my Liberal Arts Diploma (DLA) and a Certificate in Business Management (CBM). I have also completed the Wilderness Mentor Guide Training Program through the Wilderness Training Academy and the Chilcotin Ark Institute.
I am a volunteer for People for a Healthy Community and the Nanaimo Food Share's Good Food Box program and 5-acre community garden. I hold a certificate of Horticulture and I am a First Aid Instructor holding a Wilderness First Aid Certificate. I also work as an Adult Support Worker for Bonaventure Support Services and a substitute teacher for Fianna Wilderness School.
