Nicole Rojas
Nicole Rojas is a nature advocate, former Doctor of Physical Therapy, and certified Forest Therapy Guide through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT). She is also the founder of Wild For Change, an organization dedicated to deepening our understanding of the intrinsic value of the more-than-human world and our profound interconnection with it.
Nicole’s journey into nature advocacy ultimately led her to forest therapy as a way of helping people not only understand their connection with nature, but experience it.
Through guided forest therapy walks, Nicole invites participants to step away from the pace and distractions of everyday life, slow down, awaken their senses, and become more present to the living world around them. Her walks offer opportunities for reflection, curiosity, restoration, and connection while encouraging participants to rediscover something easily forgotten in modern life: we are not separate from nature, we are part of it.
