Holding a Safe Space in most weather conditions for you to connect with the land in Central Maine; the Kennebec River Valley. Towns I can guide in: Mercer, Norridgewock, Skowhegan, Fairfield, Madison, Belgrade, Mt. Vernon, New Sharon, Smithfield, Farmington, Canaan, Pittsfield, Waterville, Augusta and beyond. I will travel farther North and East for a large group event. If you would rather experience Forest Therapy on your own land or while renting a beautiful seasonal space, I can come to you! I have guided in personal gardens, yards, and farms, as well as on public land.
