Elohee Retreat - 4 Mirrors to the Soul Retreat with Wild Communion
Jun 07, 2021 | 04:00 P.M. - 09:00 P.M.
251 Elohee Dr, Sautee Nacoochee, GA 30571, USA
NOTE: This retreat is from June 7th - 11th
In 4 Mirrors to the Soul, we explore the 4 ways we learn about ourselves throughout our lives. We will do self-reflective journaling, artwork, and spend a large quantity of time in the out-of-doors with invitations to interact with the Earth. This retreat is focused on the ways we see ourselves; from the mirrors of self, our close family and friends, our communities and ideologies, and the Earth herself. Time spent within each of these will help to do the work of revealing our Selves. That core Self will show us where we will can stand firm in our strengths, be honest about our needs, and love ourselves into emotional, physical, and spiritual wholeness. We hope that as you depart, you will take the skill of listening and looking into each of these mirrors and they will guide you into a deeper knowing and feeling of being You.

Forest Bathing with Your Dog
Bring your dog along and join Nadine Mazzola and her dog Juliet, co-authors of the book, “Forest Bathing with your Dog,” for a workshop that will be fun and relaxing . Trained as a certified forest therapy guide, Nadine has been training dog owners in the practice of forest bathing to incorporate our dog’s natural ways since 2015 . Nadine’s book weaves together the practice of forest therapy with our practice of walking and hiking with our dogs.
Proof of rabies vaccination in the form of a town license tag or documentation from a veterinarian is required to participate. Limited to 8 owners and their dogs.
We will meet on Monday and settle in for some time on the land and time for discussions. We hope to have you come and join us as we discuss the reflections we receive from the world around us and within us. We have so much to explore and learn together.
