With just over 5 Acres of prairie, red pines, white pines, sumac and a pond that backs up to 1800 Acres of the old Kelly Farms which is now called Keystone Woods WMA. We'll experience gentle invitations to get us out of our minds and into our bodies, followed by locally sourced refreshments. Many participants have expressed a feeling of returned presence, rejuvenation and even feeling like a kid again! This is a perfect way to ground and regulate, bring your current experience to the forest and receive what you need. Walk takes place over hilly, uneven and oftentimes muddy terrain.
