You're invited to join me for an introduction to Nature Therapy on the beach in Littlehampton, West Sussex. The session is based on the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing). We'll journey together into the senses to connect with the natural world that is all around us. We'll start near The Beach (the new café opening up on East Beach, Littlehampton) and journey together along the beach, opening up our senses and our hearts to what the natural world wants to offer us in that moment. We do this through a series of invitations - consciously named as there is no right or wrong way to take what is offered to you. Whilst described as a walk - in truth we may travel no more than a quarter of a mile. Sessions are done at a relaxed pace and are open to all. They will take place on the beach - as it is a combination of shingle and sand, sensible footwear is recommended!

Special Instructions

We'll be meeting by The Beach cafe in Littlehampton (opposite the Littlehampton Wave Leisure Centre).
