Asheville Wellness Tours - Nicole Will
The team at Asheville Wellness Tours and Retreats is here to help you rejuvenate your soul and reignite your connection with yourself, with others, and with nature through lighthearted, wellness-forward experiences in Asheville and the surrounding areas. Public walks are available on weekends and select weekdays year-round and private walks are available daily!
The practice of forest bathing encourages you to slow down, relax and reconnect with nature by quieting the mind and awakening the senses. Join an ANFT certified forest therapy guide for a relaxing 2.5-hour stroll through the forest in our stunning Blue Ridge Mountains. Through a series of invitations, you’ll have the opportunity to be present in the moment, deepening your connection with nature and community, and enjoying the many gifts nature has to offer. The walk culminates in a tea ceremony with snacks.
Beyond Forest Bathing Walks, our team specializes in customizing mini-retreats for locals and visitors alike and it would be our honor to help you connect more deeply with yourself, each other, nature, and Asheville! We offer a robust "menu" of experiences including: Forest Bathing & Nature Therapy Walks Mountaintop Yoga Hikes (sunset version available!)
